- How do I sign up to the e-learning program?
Follow this link https://www.bricksclicks.net/register/ to enrol in the Bricks and Clicks e-learning course.
Follow the on page prompts, and once you enter your contact details, you’ll receive a welcome email from us to get you started.
- How long is the course?
10 lessons, with 3 modules in each. There is no set timing as some parts may take longer than others but if you complete an average of one lesson a week the course will take 10 weeks.
- Can I stop at any time?
Of course, we understand time can be hard to find but to make the most out of the course and to see the change in your business sooner we recommend you dedicate the time and do your homework as instructed.
- Can I still access course content once I complete the course?
Don’t worry if you miss a day, you can complete our courses whenever you like in your own time. The lessons will still be there when you’re ready to get started again.
Yes, you can continue to access all course content once you have completed any of our online courses.
- I have forgotten my password. How can I reset it?

- What technology do I need to complete the course?
You can complete our courses on any electronic device. Videos are easily viewed on any computer, tablet or mobile device. For best results using our interactive tools, we recommend using a computer or tablet. It is also important to have access to a reliable internet connection to ensure you can watch all of the course content.
- What web browsers are compatible with this course?
Our courses are compatible with all web browsers. Download the latest version of your web browser for the best experience.

This course is completely free to sign up, no need to pay.

- Who is the course aimed at?
This course is aimed at retailers who might currently not have an effective website or e-commerce element to their business and are ready for that stage.
- What can I expect to learn through Bricks and Clicks?
The course will take you through the essential steps for creating a digital presence for your business all the way through to how to engage customers to convert sales. This will be done through completing a series of video lessons, tasks and worksheets.
